Parkway came out to my house in New Canaan, CT, 2 weeks ago today to address an ant / carpenter ant / beetle issue. I called again last week, as I was still seeing some ants inside, and a few silverfish as well. A different technician arrived today, named Habib, and he was FANTASTIC! He is a great listener, extremely polite and very thorough. I have to say, that if he had been the original technician out to my home, I doubt that I would have had to make the follow - up phone call 10 days later. He really took the time necessary to address all the areas in the home, to ensure that I wouldn't see another ant around!
Once again, thanks to all of your staff (office and technicians) for being so responsive and happy to help! Both my husband and I are in different service businesses, and we really value strong customer service!
