From the very first phone call to the final treatment, the service was outstanding.
When I first needed treatment, I had just come home from major neck surgery. I was on strict rest orders and unable to lift more than 5 pounds. That’s when I discovered bugs in my apartment. I was overwhelmed—recovering from surgery, completely alone, and living in a cluttered three-bedroom apartment with zero storage space.
My first call to the company was amazing. The woman I spoke with was warm, informative, and made me feel like I wasn’t alone in dealing with this. Just two days later, a technician arrived. He was soft-spoken, kind, and professional. While he advised I would need to clean up more before we could begin treatment, he said it with compassion and never made me feel judged. I was doing the best I could with my physical limitations, and he respected that.
The second technician who came out was even more supportive. He went above and beyond to treat my apartment to the best of his ability and offered helpful advice without any pressure. He returned a week later for the final treatment and again, was kind, professional, and reassuring.
I was nervous making such a big financial decision—especially because my landlord refused to help and this was entirely out of pocket for me. I was afraid of being taken advantage of because of my situation. But this company earned my trust. They treated me with empathy and respect when I needed it most.
I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs an exterminator. They were thorough, responsive, and most of all—human.
