They were very professional; they confirmed that, luckily, I did not have squirrels in the attic, and most likely what I heard was them running on top of the roof. It was a relief. They also gave me some pointers for the future, if I should ever suspect that I do have squirrels in that area — what to do to determine, if they actually are there before contacting them. Their pricing was competitive. I would certainly use them in the future if need be."
